The friendly staff were always ready to help with recommendations or any requests, and the location was convenient for getting to major attractions and public transport. Mr. Bird Hotel in Istanbul is a welcoming, reliable choice with good value for money, for short or longer stays. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well maintained, with what you need after a day exploring the city.

I stayed for two nights, and the room service, breakfast, and support were all perfect. The hotel is small, and the rooms are very small too, but they’re comfortable and very clean. It’s a convenient, central spot: Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Bosphorus Cruise, Egyptian Bazaar, and other places are only a few minutes’ walk away. Tram stations are also nearby, and there’s food and shopping close by. Highly recommended for a budget stay.

I stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The room had a nice design, was clean, and smelled really good. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and miss. Hale deserves special thanks for being so professional and helping me with everything. She made my stay more comfortable. The manager is lucky to have her.

For a budget-friendly hotel with great value, I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay again when I return to Istanbul. The location is superb: Sirkeci metro station is one minute away, and Eminonu metro or the ferry station is still only a three to five minute walk. The surrounding area is busy with food stalls and small shops, so I felt safe traveling alone. The hotel is small, with 12 rooms, and managed by a family and their friends. The room was clean and big enough for two, with a safe and slippers. The bathroom was clean too, with shower gel, shampoo, and other amenities. The only downside was the thin blanket, though I could adjust the AC fan. Breakfast is complimentary. I saw one woman preparing it, one man cleaning and serving breakfast, and one receptionist. At checkout I met one of the owners, Mr. Serkand. He was the sweetest, spoke fluent English, and helped me find Turkish Bath places and recommendations for my trip to Izmir. For tourists looking for a place just to sleep, look no more.

The neighborhood is lively, with a great location near the T1 station, and the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport at a reasonable price. It has a boutique style and fantastic staff. The rooms are simple, cozy, clean, and come with stunning views.
