I won't be coming back. The air conditioner in my room didn't work, and although I told reception many times, all I got was “we'll fix it today, tomorrow,” with no action. There was also a guy at reception, mostly on nights, who showed no respect for other people. The service was awful.

The location was good and the staff were great, but cleaning needs serious attention. The sheets and sofa were dirty, and the carpet was black with dirt. Room service wasn't doing what it should. The cleaning lady stole makeup and an iPad, and all they said was they hadn't found them. How could they be missing when nobody except the cleaning staff was there? Keep your money and valuables with you.

The junction has major shopping and dining, and the room was clean, with AC, a great shower, and a working elevator. The staff were 100% helpful. Not much English? OK, they live in Turkey, right? I had no trouble communicating or being understood, even though I don't speak Turkish. They got me a taxi to SAW, and I found the people at Myy Suites really decent. I was in room 502 on 27.4.2022, and I hope the reception team sees this. I got through the first security check before realizing I'd left my hat in 502, just like I did in Bangkok in 2016. I told them where I'd come from the day before and returned today, so if the guys at Myy Suites find my 'special' hat, I know they'd send it to me if someone could bring it. Next time I hope I have more money, less pressure, and more time to see Hagia Sophia and the rest.

The room was so grubby I couldn't sleep for even an hour. I booked a suite, but it was that dirty.

A great view, friendly reception, and a clean place at affordable prices. It's close to the airport and shopping centers too. I highly recommend it.
