Nidya Hotel Esenyurt

Days Inn Wyndham ISTANBUL TURKEY was a wonderful experience, and the massage was the highlight. The staff across reception, the spa, and gym were hospitable, and I especially loved the team at the "Terrace Days Restaurant." A big thank you to the chef and the two waiters who looked after my daughter and me. Restaurants, cafes, a shopping mall, markets, and convenience stores are all just a two minute walk away. I’d book again and recommend the hotel to everyone. Everything was top notch. To the staff of Days Inn Wyndham Istanbul, Turkey, thank you very much, may God reward you.

The room was quiet and nicely designed, with a balcony and a good view. There were cigarette butts left on the balcony, though. I liked the interior and the location, but the service fell far short of what I’d expect from a four star hotel. It’s a shame, because the place has potential, but a nice room doesn’t make up for the way guests were treated. The biggest issue was the service. The so called “VIP Van” cost 80 euros, but it was old, dusty in places, and stuffy inside. The ride wasn’t special, and we were dropped across the street without help. An Uber Van would have cost less and done the same thing. At check in, no one asked how the trip had gone or whether I was satisfied. For that price, I expected something else. Check in itself was fine. My girlfriend speaks Turkish, so she helped me because the staff couldn’t speak proper English. She wasn’t staying at the hotel, as she spent her nights with her family. With explicit permission, she came up briefly to help with my luggage and see the room. About five minutes later, we both left to get food. Later, staff bothered me and accused me of having her upstairs. They called and insisted she was still in the room, even though she had left long before. I told them they could come up and check. Rather than handle it professionally, they kept accusing me and then suddenly tried to charge an extra 25 euros. That was disrespectful and unnecessary. Mr. Hafezi was especially unpleasant. He came across as arrogant, unfriendly, and disrespectful. For someone apparently in a leading lobby role, his treatment of guests was embarrassing. He made an already tense situation more aggressive and uncomfortable instead of calming it down. At check out, I was suddenly accused of drinking a Fanta from the minibar. They said it should cost 170 TL, but demanded 200 TL. It was confusing and unprofessional. I just wanted to leave without dealing with more random accusations.

The reception team and everyone else were brilliant, and I’m so happy with the massage and spa experience. It was the best in the world to me. Putu and Ella were great and professional, with amazing hands. Samet made the day unforgettable with his kindness, passion, and wonderful communication. You’re the sunshine of this place, thank you so much 🙏🤲

The spa is what keeps bringing me back. It’s clean, well organized, and relaxing, especially with the attendant there. His name is SAMAT, and he always greets us when we come in, which makes visiting a pleasure. I really enjoy staying here and recommend it to others.
