The room looked just like the photos and the bed was comfy. We wanted to be right in the middle of town, so the music at night came with the location. We sleep with earplugs, though, and it didn't bother us. Good for a young to middle aged couple looking for night life, with the tram about a 10min walk away for getting to old town. Great service too.

Our stay was a highlight of the trip, and the location just off Istiklal street could hardly be better. We got room number 7 on the 4th floor, with a long balcony running the length of the room. Its glazed windows blocked the noise, even with parties going on at nearby pubs. Nuri and Seygun were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The only thing that might have been better was stronger AC. Really lovely little hotel with a few room. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, it felt like they were friends after 2 weeks. The location is incredibly nice, and there's real privacy here. I literally love this place, and recommend it for couples or solo visitors. Well deserved 5 STARS. Much love and strength to all Turkish sisters and Brothers!

The central AC ran the whole time, which I appreciated after seeing people mention the temperature. We were there for eight nights and had a great stay, and I’d book here again if I returned to Galata. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, the balcony was a plus, and the staff were helpful. They also offered laundry service. Just be ready for a lot of uphill walking, the hotel sits at the top of a big hill. It could get noisy late in the evening, and sometimes there wasn’t hot water left at night.

The people here were lovely and welcoming, and the location was great. My main frustration was that the heaters didn’t work and nobody followed up. The room lighting was also very dim. I get that it’s meant to look pretty, but an option for brighter light would help. At night, noise came through from the restaurant downstairs and the thin walls. Thanks for having us.
