Orka Taksim Apart Hotel

The hotel asked me to cancel a reservation because renovations were planned for September 15 to November 1. That wasn't disclosed when I booked, yet the hotel still appeared available for those dates. The lack of transparency and accountability was troubling, and the whole situation disrupted my plans and left me frustrated. Travelers need clear communication and reliable service. I'd advise checking availability directly before making a booking.

The location made things easy, with restaurants and public transport close by and İstiklal Caddesi about a five-minute walk away. Service was excellent throughout, and every staff member was attentive and professional. Manager Şahin especially went out of his way to keep everything running smoothly and make guests feel looked after. We had a great stay.

The shower was 10/10, and there was plenty of space to move around. I came with two other people and found the service accommodating. They even held our luggage while we hopped between cities, so we didn't have to hang around with it. Breakfast was there every morning, and the crazy baloney was good for tanning and privacy. You're right by the main strip, about a six-minute walk, and there's an okra food market too. Perfect!

We were three, and the room had lots of space, two wardrobes, a big bathroom, and a separate kitchen room. It's a quiet spot near central Istanbul, which suited us well. Everyone was welcoming, and the receptionists gave us useful information about metro stations and other places we wanted to visit. We'd definitely recommend it.
