The place was filthy and full of insects, honestly no better than a toilet. When I complained, the management was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to leave and book another hotel, losing my money and peace of mind. This was the worst experience of my life, and I consider a place like this unsafe and damaging to Istanbul's reputation. Where are the Tourism Police and the Ministry of Tourism when it comes to overseeing establishments like this? Please act urgently and shut places like this down to protect Istanbul's image.

The room still wasn't ready when we arrived at 11:30, although the app had said it would be prepared by 10:30. We were taken from the third floor with rude behavior, and nobody at reception welcomed us. It was very dirty. If zero were an option, that's what I'd give it. 😡 😕

Even after travelling to many countries and experiencing bad situations, I've never encountered anything like this. The cleanliness and safety were below zero, and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. The hotel ruined our holiday and left us in a bad mood the whole time. It was terrible in every way, the worst experience of my life. I'd never recommend it to anyone, and even the one star I have to give is more than this place deserves.

The service was awful, the room was dirty and full of insects and dust, and the price was outrageous for what they provided. The son's behavior was shockingly immature and irresponsible. While we were trying to talk to him, he played on the computer and showed us no respect. The father was extremely rude and vulgar to us. This experience was completely unacceptable. If I could go back, I'd sleep on the street rather than set foot in this hotel again.

The photos give a completely different impression. Staying there felt like sleeping out on the street.
