There’s a school opposite, so noise around 8 or 9 in the morning may bother light sleepers. Otherwise, it’s a quiet street with restaurants and grocery shops, and the location is handy, less than a 10-minute walk from the U3 and T1 tram. The room was a little smaller than we expected, but that wasn’t a big deal. It was very clean, with daily cleaning done well, and the staff were caring and quick to respond. They offer all kinds of services, and you just have to ask.

We were there for the Europa Cup final. The breakfast was superb, our host was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and practical. I’d recommend it for reasonably priced, clean, basic accommodation.

The street was quiet, and we could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. The rooms are cozy and comfortable for the price, and the staff gave us great recommendations. They even arranged a taxi; after I told them the driver had overcharged us, they managed to get the money back. They clearly care about their standards. I’d recommend staying here.

A terrible experience for my whole family. At checkout, the hotel said my girlfriend and I had left four towels dirty, though it was only one. They wanted us to pay 30€ to clean them, even though new towels would cost them 0.79€. I travel often and have never run into anything like this kind of greed. The service was horrible, and one star is far too generous for such an unprofessional hotel. I wouldn’t recommend The Camelot Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
