I’m visiting Turkey now and staying at Crowne Plaza. It’s been comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the restaurant has been a real highlight. Breakfast has a wide range of fresh, tasty choices, from Turkish food to international dishes, all nicely prepared. Yunus and İlilya from the restaurant team deserve a special mention. They’ve been friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which makes meals even more enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel, especially if good food and service matter to you.

The welcome I received on arrival made this trip feel special, and the hospitality is why I’m hoping to come back soon, INSHALLAH. Thanks to every staff member, especially my brother Huzeyfe. We found the hotel cozy and spotless, and Irina was especially kind. She took time to explain what to see around Istanbul, how to get around, and where to find good food. We really appreciated her help. It’s easy to explore from here: bus, tram, and ferry stops are about a five-minute walk away, and the ferry gets you to the European side in roughly 20 minutes. The lively neighborhood has cafés, shops, pharmacies, and small local stores. A great base for a few days in Istanbul, with very good value for money. Much love from Kazakhstan, Yerlan and Gulnara.

For the price, it was a good stay, and the service was great. My room was very good, though I was on the ground floor facing the road, so the street noise came through. Earplugs helped. I only stayed one night. The metro is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The location is good, and the room has a fridge, air conditioning, kettle, and TV. But when I arrived, the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned: the toilet seat had urine on it and there was a lot of dust in the bowl. There are no towel racks, either. The walls are thin enough that conversations next door carry through, and the floor upstairs shakes when someone walks in the neighboring room.
