Ottoman Suit Apartment & Hotel

The sheets were stained and dirty, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there were visible cracks in the ceiling. It felt neglected and wasn’t cleaned properly between guests. I booked a standard double but got a tiny single room instead, which felt like false advertising and disregard for what customers expect. The room also looked nothing like the online photos, and the conditions were well below what I’d expect from a hotel, even a budget one. A very disappointing stay. Avoid it and book somewhere that delivers what it promises.

Good prices for the quality, and the service was great. The staff were always ready to help with any request. I recommend this place 👍

I was there for four days and only got to shower once. The hot water worked, but there was no shower and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The sofa was broken and disgusting, and nobody cleaned the surroundings during my stay.

We were a group of two and stayed for quite a long time. The hotel was very affordable and in a convenient location, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. Thank you!
