The hotel was very clean, and our rooms were regularly cleaned even though we spent most of our time out. İrem at reception helped us a lot, and I want to thank her. She spoke our language, so communication was easy. Her suggestions for places to visit helped us see the best parts of Istanbul. We had a good time and enjoyed the trip.

Hamza, Beyza, and Selim on the breakfast team were especially kind and gave great service each morning. There was a wide choice of food, which we really appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, kind, and ready to help with a smile. The place was spotlessly clean, which made us more comfortable. We loved our stay, highly recommend it, and would happily return.

Irem was so patient and caring when she helped me extend my stay and figure out Istanbul. Selim was attentive, kind, and professional, and worked smoothly with Olcay at reception, who was always welcoming and helpful. Veysel brought plenty of humour and fun, and was a joy to be around. I felt looked after by a lovely team at Nivannas Hotel. The people and the warm hospitality made the place special. I’ll definitely come back.
