I stayed here almost 10 nights. The beginning was good. People were friendly and flexible. But when the person at the counter changed, he was not as nice as the last one. The last room they gave me was small and very hot (no air conditioner although they gave me an old fan). Even worse, the toilet was still dirty and the trash bin was not emptied. Next day they refused to change my room. I would not have written here if the man, who looked like holding a upper position, didn't behave rudely. I hope they will learn the customer service and other people won't get dissapinted like me.

The staff are rude. The rooms are uncomfortable, cold, not so clean, shower is terrible. Doesn't feel like safe and sound. The breakfast is also terrible.
