I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and contacted the hotel as soon as I noticed to ask whether they could be flexible or help. I’d paid a significant amount and was left with two extra rooms for one night that I didn’t need. I even offered to make a new booking if they would accept my cancellation request, but they showed no understanding or willingness to help. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing that they wouldn’t consider such a simple situation. Their lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this hotel. Be careful before booking.

The area has plenty of services, and the location is very good. The price is good too. The room was not bad, and the staff were very good.

Tea was always available in the kitchen, whatever the hour, which I really loved. We found the breakfast delicious, and the staff were genuinely nice, polite, and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, with housekeeping taking care of it every day. The price was great, too. The people there were so welcoming and friendly that they made us feel at home. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oz Villa and would happily return or recommend it to anyone after a cozy, affordable place.
