My Palace Rooms

Sleep was almost impossible with the constant noise inside and outside the hotel. The room also looked nothing like its online photos, and cleanliness fell short. Staff weren't helpful, and even simple requests took a long time to get a response. For what we paid, the services weren't worth it. I had a very bad stay and wouldn't come back or recommend it to anyone seeking comfort or quality. There are better places in Istanbul at the same price or less.

My family and I have been here for days with no working shower and no washing machine. The bathroom was still dirty from the previous guests. Every day they told us someone would come to clean it in the morning, evening, or later that night, but nobody ever showed up. They just tell us to “calm down,” as though going without a shower is fine.

My room went around three weeks without being cleaned. The place is dirty, and reception customer service is awful. They only speak Turkish and were rude whenever we asked about cleaning. We tried asking nicely so many times, and they answered “lol.” It feels like a scam, so check the room before paying. Valet, pool, and gym aren't free, everything costs extra, and it's disgusting. Literally 😆🤣

The room was okay for sleeping one night, and the location works well if you're waiting for a flight. Service, though, was bad.
