The host was so responsive, pleasant and helpful, and took care of everything we needed. Our room was small, but comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast isn't included, which was the only small downside. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with great restaurants all around and tram routes within walking distance. The station takes about 10 minutes on foot, though the slope on the way can be a little steep. A lovely stay and great value for this location.

Aykut and the rest of the team made us feel at home. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to help, taking care of the little details that made our stay feel special. The hotel itself was just as lovely: our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and we liked the welcoming atmosphere and the location. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’d happily come back to Istanbul.

The old Sultanahmet neighborhood made it easy to explore on foot. Little Hagia Sophia Mosque is about a minute away, and the main square, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia are only a few minutes farther. At Sultan Pier Hotel, the staff were what made the stay feel like home. A kind woman on staff often offered fruit and coffee and warmed milk for me, while a young man helped with our bags, directions, services, and anything else we needed. The manager welcomed us warmly and was always happy to help with directions, recommendations, or transport. I highly recommend it.

The sea view was a real highlight. Waking up to the Bosphorus waters was something we won’t forget, and the hotel felt like a peaceful spot despite being close to the busy streets. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar are an easy walk away. We also appreciated the staff’s warm welcome and their suggestions for local-favorite restaurants, which were excellent in quality and authenticity. Sultan Pier Hotel’s rooms were clean and thoughtfully arranged, with tasteful decor mixing traditional touches and modern amenities. A charming place that brings together Istanbul’s history and modern comfort.

We were five friends, and the cozy feel of this small hotel made us feel at home. It was easy to explore the area and find local gems thanks to the location. Inside, the rooms had thoughtful details, and the friendly staff made the stay feel personal and welcoming. The property was impressively clean throughout. From arrival to departure, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. A memorable spot for a trip with friends or loved ones, highly recommended.
