Ahmed deserves five stars for being helpful, friendly and polite. He always had useful information when I needed it, and he's a key part of the hotel. The prices are great for what you get, and I was so pleased that I'll book here again on my next Istanbul trip. My room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and slippers. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the simple design still included a table and two chairs where you could relax with company. The AC worked perfectly. There's an indoor sitting area and also an outdoor spot to relax and smoke. The location is great, close to metro and tram stops and all the essentials, including food, markets and pharmacies. It seems like a good fit for all sorts of travelers, whether with friends, family or on your own. Definitely worth considering.

I knew not to expect much at this price, but the noise was a real problem. The windows don't block sound, and with the street nearby, people and cars were still around at night. I couldn't sleep.
