I booked for the location and didn’t really interact with the staff since it was room only, though the reception staff always seemed nice. The room was a decent size, warm, and dry. Only downside was that there should have been a kettle.

The rooms were clean, and some of the receptionists seemed responsible and kind. But if you don’t need a shower, you could stay here. The water was cold, the shower head broken, and water leaked onto the bathroom floor, which you had to sweep up. There was no handwashing liquid, and the electric kettle was damaged, its automatic shutoff didn’t work.

Mr. Şener at reception was especially friendly and helpful during my stay. Payidar Hotel had clean rooms, a convenient location, and a welcoming feel. I had a very pleasant time and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great, and Sener at reception was really nice and helpful.

The location is quiet and great, but the rooms need serious maintenance. I think the problem is with whoever runs the hotel, not the staff. The reception employee is very respectful and helpful. The kitchen employee is on their own and can’t get orders out quickly. With better management, the hotel could be better.
