The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. My stay was exceptional: the hotel and staff left me extremely satisfied, and everything felt professional, pleasant and well organized. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including greens and salads, 4-5 hot dishes and desserts. The selection felt different each day, and we really enjoyed it. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews about it. We were welcomed with smiles and checked in quickly. When I asked about noise, the staff kindly put us in a quiet room on the 4th floor facing the back courtyard. It was calm and peaceful. The room was clean and fresh, without strange smells, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel felt new. The shower had strong pressure and clean water, with hot water almost instantly. I liked the smart lighting system too, a small but thoughtful detail. Housekeeping kept everything clean, refilled the water bottles each day and were very caring. One rainy day, a receptionist offered us a transparent umbrella, and at checkout another helped order a taxi without us needing to ask. Everyone was kind and helpful. The location in Pera was perfect, with everything within walking distance and getting around Istanbul easy. Nothing bothered us during the stay, and it’s hard to think of a negative. We’d absolutely return. Great value for money, and the experience felt better than the price we paid.

We slept well and felt at ease the whole time. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel felt very safe. Despite being centrally located, it was peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi. There’s plenty nearby, and taxis can take you elsewhere in the city. The hotel was very clean, including the breakfast area, and breakfast was lovely. Staff greeted us with smiles and were helpful and professional throughout. Erdem was especially polite, kind and attentive, and made our stay even better. We had a wonderful stay and thought the price was excellent for what we received. I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We arrived early in the morning and were able to get our rooms before the official check-in time, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel was very clean, making the stay enjoyable and stress-free. Its location was convenient for local attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
