Hotel Pisa

On my first Istanbul visit from the UK, I stayed at Pisa hotel and was really impressed by the staff’s customer service, especially Halle, Muhammad and omit. They made us comfortable, and having stayed at different hotels across Europe, I found their service exceptional. The rooms were tidy, and although the hotel is on a busy street, we didn’t hear much outside noise. The central heating and air conditioning made the rooms a bit warmer than I like, and I couldn’t turn on the air conditioning when needed. Breakfast was alright. The location is a plus, just a couple of minutes’ walk from food, trams, and local amenities. Prices are economical compared with other hotels. Thanks for a comfortable, family-like stay, and keep up the good work.

The location is the best, with Laleli mosque just around the corner and a tramvai station nearby. Sultanahmet is about four stops away, so you get there fast. The street was quiet, with no cars. Our room was clean, the bed cozy, service hospitable, and breakfast good and fresh.

I was there with my wife and children, and the staff were friendly, excellent, and helpful. They made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, though the walls could use a little maintenance; it wasn’t a big issue. The location is strategic, close to everything. I’d have liked a bit more at breakfast.

Pisa Hotel near Laleli worked out well for my Istanbul trip. It’s about a five-minute walk from Vezneciler metro station and roughly the same to the Laleli tram stop, so the location is very convenient. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were always ready to help, especially Ümit. We were very satisfied with our stay.
