The rooms were dirty, smelly, and had bugs. I found something in the room that I won't describe, it was unpleasant. The rooms are terrible.

The staff and everyone there were lovely and nice, and I had a great time staying at prime suites. It was a wonderful experience for me, and I really loved it. I look forward to coming back whenever I visit Istanbul.

The internet connection is bad, and the room service is really poor. At the hotel, they clean the room every 3 days. If you want it cleaned, you have to give them tips too. Don't come if you have other options.

The apartment itself is very luxurious. The area isn't ideal, though, and the spa and gym are under construction.

The place is poor quality, and things are always broken. Management is the worst, rude and doesn't care about you.
