Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul Sisli

I spend weeks or sometimes months at a time in Istanbul for my travel business. I usually change hotels just for variety, but I keep coming back to these suites because they meet my needs when I want to recharge. The rooms can be cleaned daily if I want, and on days I skip housekeeping they still leave water and coffee. The place is always clean, breakfast is reliably good, and I can use the spa and gym when I need them. The front desk team speak English and are helpful and professional. Yasemin greets everyone even from a distance, and her morning crew is fantastic. Dogukan helps whenever I need anything, and Yusuf and Selin are professionals. Merve is attentive and kind. Rabia is the standout for me: despite what her name means in Spanish, she's the opposite of rage. Her upbeat attitude and morning laugh turn my tired grogginess into happiness before I head into the city chaos. There's a mini-supermarket next door and plenty of good places to eat nearby. It has a corporate name but feels and operates like a boutique hotel.

We couldn't sleep all night because of the road noise, and the cigarette smell was still noticeable even though there was a non-smoking sign. I picked the hotel mainly for its convenient location, but despite telling them when we'd arrive, our rooms weren't ready. We ended up waiting an hour in the lobby.

I had a good stay overall during a family trip to Istanbul. Merve from the bar was especially lovely, providing excellent service throughout our visit. She was kind, polite, and always ready to help. Her friendly manner made the trip more special. Thank you for the great service.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ms. Yasemin gave me wonderful attention from check-in right through to departure, always helping with courtesy and care for the details. She showed the kind of professionalism I value in hospitality. Many thanks to her, your hotel is lucky to have her.
