Thank you so much, Miss Emine. I had a really lovely stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff made a great impression, especially one of the cleaners. She was kind and professional, paid close attention to detail, and kept my room spotless every day. Those thoughtful touches and her warm manner made me feel welcome. Her work really added to my experience, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hasan and Nihat deserve a special thank you. They were great at breakfast and made the mornings more enjoyable. The food was fresh each day, with plenty of choices. I slept incredibly well here. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. Service felt excellent and the quality was high throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back.

Firuze and Emre from the Kitchen department made the hotel feel like home. The butter rice was delicious, thank you both. Sema in the Restaurant and Jlkguel, the Housekeeper, deserve a mention too. I stayed for four nights at the end of January this year as a tour leader, sharing a room with my client, a mother and daughter. The staff were kind and helpful. Thanks as well to Oesman at the Front Desk and Mehmet, the Concierge. Hope to see you all again soon.

The central location made getting around Istanbul so easy, but it was the hotel team that really stood out. Mr. Aziz cleaned my room with great care and respected my high standards. Mr. Tugay and the front office team responded to requests almost instantly, and the bar staff even remembered what I liked to drink. That attention and genuine hospitality made me feel at home. I’m grateful to the management for building such a caring, professional team. I can easily see this becoming my home in Istanbul for a long time ♥️
