Regency World Hotel&Suites

The staff were friendly, but the room floors weren’t clean and the WiFi needs to be faster. It’s good, though there’s room to improve.

The room and pillows weren’t okay, and the pillows had a strange smell. The AC was noisy, the elevator was slow and small, and room cleaning only came when called. Breakfast was very simple and not tasty. The staff weren’t cooperative, and the treatment wasn’t great. Travel agencies call this a 4-star hotel, but it’s really a 2-star place, so don’t trust them. You can find somewhere better.

The only good thing about the room was the shower. The water was hot, and the flow was really strong. The bathroom itself wasn’t bad either. Room service was poor, though if you insisted, they would eventually do things. The sheets were dirty when I arrived, so I had to ask for clean ones. The housekeeper was bad too. She only changed the towels when they were absolutely dirty instead of every day. On my third day, I came back to a room full of ants after apparently spilling some sugar while making tea. I asked her to clean up and get rid of them, but she said there were too many and nothing could be done. I asked to move rooms, but the hotel was fully booked.

The location is a good spot, with plenty of things nearby, but the hotel itself was horrible. The place was so dirty, the service was really bad, and the workers were rude. The WiFi barely worked outside the reception area. They never cleaned the rooms or changed the bed sheets. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
