When I arrived in Istanbul, I got very sick. As soon as I told the hotel manager, he began helping me. One staff member spent two hours during the night looking all over Istanbul for an open pharmacy to get the medicine I needed. He brought me food afterward and kept checking how I felt. In the morning they let me check out two hours late, and continued asking if I was okay or needed food, rest, or anything else. I've travelled to 40 countries and have never had this kind of genuine care at a hotel. I was deeply surprised by their hospitality. The hotel itself is small, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Its location is great too, close to the Karaköy ferry station and to metro, tram, and bus stops. Everything about the stay was perfect, and I'll definitely come back.

We picked this hotel for our Istanbul trip for the second year running and will choose it again next time. The staff are polite, helpful, and very kind. It's within walking distance of the Haliç Metro Bridge, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, Eminönü, and the T1 line. There's a shop right below the hotel too, which is handy for tourists. I absolutely recommend it.

Good value, with a clean, comfortable room and nice amenities. The shower head was a bit unreliable, and the window rattled when it was windy. Aside from those things, I found the stay very pleasant and would come back.

The location worked well for me, close to the metro, cafes, and the city center. My room at The Han Residence Haliç was clean and cozy, with a lovely view that made mornings nicer. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the bed was comfortable after long days out. The staff were kind and made check-in and check-out easy. It was peaceful and felt just right, almost like home. I'd definitely return.
