RIJJI Hotel Istanbul Old City Hotel

We stayed almost 13 days in a spacious room booked for two. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were genuinely lovely, every one of them, including the manager. Breakfast had lots to choose from, like cheese, potatoes, and sweets. It was delicious and always served on time. Getting around was easy. The metro, tram, and several bus stops are nearby, so we never needed a taxi or had transport problems. We visited many famous places using public transit, and that was a good experience. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special to me. The room was clean, cozy, and very basic, with no extra items like a toothbrush or vanity kit. The receptionists were quite friendly. It’s near several public transport options, and if you’re happy to walk, Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque aren’t too far. There’s also a university nearby, where you can find cheaper food.

I spent 13 nights at Rijji Hotel in Laleli and would happily return. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, and the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection each morning. Shops, restaurants, and the main parts of Laleli are close by. The tram is about a 3-minute walk away, and the metro about 6 minutes, which made it easy to get around Istanbul. I really enjoyed the stay and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

The hotel is downtown, but the price still felt reasonable. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty. It’s a boutique-style place with full facilities, and there are plenty of nearby money exchange offices, so you can look for a good rate. Metro and tram stops are close, making it easy to get around the city or head to the airport. The Aqueduct of Valen is a 5-minute walk away, and the Grand Bazzar takes about 10 minutes on foot. I recommend visiting it.
