The location was handy, with a bus station nearby and a supermarket and bus routes a few blocks away. Inside, though, the room had wires sticking out of the walls, blood on the sheets and pillowcases, and cracked shower tiles patched with sealant. The outside already looked run-down, so I wasn't expecting much. Housekeeping doesn't seem to disturb guests, so there was no need for a Do Not Disturb sign. The bidet was the one nice touch, and made cleaning up easier and more sanitary. This was a complimentary stay arranged by a nearby dentist. I wouldn't return.

Merve made the stay so much fun. She was kind, took care of everything for us, and really went above and beyond. Sitting at the bar with her is well worth it. She deserves a promotion.

The staff here really seemed to care about their customers, and the place felt clean. It also helped ease that overwhelming feeling of being away from home. They offer breakfast, a spa, and transport, and even arranged an ambulance when we unexpectedly needed one. Good value for what you get, and I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is very clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. There's a small outlet across the street, and it's about a 7-minute taxi ride to Mail of Istanbul. This was my first stay at the hotel, though my third visit to Istanbul. There's plenty on the menu, so read it carefully.

The breakfast buffet was edible, though I can't say I enjoyed it. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and Martina at the bar was always friendly and served us with a smile. Fayyaz, one of the male bar staff, was rude and grumpy. When we commented on a coffee he'd made, he got defensive, then launched into an aggressive-sounding rant at a female colleague. I couldn't make out his words, but his tone was clear. It put me off, and I wouldn't stay again.
