Q suites felt like home, which was icing on the cake in a city like Istanbul. We stayed for three nights and it was one of our best decisions. The apartments were beautifully decorated and furnished with so much attention to detail. There was a lounge with two large sofa beds, two bedrooms with good-sized beds, a backyard dining area, a dining table, and a kitchenette. The bathrooms were clean and roomy, with toiletries, disposable toothbrushes, and even shaving kits. They also served tea with baklava and biscuits. Everything was amazing. If I come back to Istanbul in the future, Insha'Allah, I’d choose to stay here again. Great job!

The breakfast was at another hotel about 400 m away, and the staff were very kind and tried to help with anything. Room 1005 was lovely, clean, and modern, but it wasn’t a good choice if you want peace and quiet. A generator at a nearby hotel ran all night, switching on every five minutes. The owner was very polite and moved us to another room in building B. Room 2006 was almost the same and also nice, but the bed was really hard and the view faced the building area.

Samet and Mostafa were excellent, and the rest of the staff were brilliant too. The rooms are lovely, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect for walking to Istanbul’s best sites.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was extremely clean and tidy, and the staff went out of their way several times to make our experience as good as possible. The hospitality, service, and location were all amazing. I have nothing bad to say about Bayram Palace. Keep up the great work!
