The place is cozy and inexpensive, and the location is great. We stayed in May 2018. There are balconies, and the staff were helpful with our bags on the steep, narrow stairs, which were hard to climb with suitcases. The hotel had just opened and still had no sign, and some outlets weren’t working. Breakfast on the terrace got repetitive and a bit dull. The cleaning lady was from Uzbekistan, Sonya, and the other staff didn’t speak Russian.
