The food at breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety. The location is good, and the reception staff are great, especially Emran. Room service was good too, particularly fayroza. Some rooms are small, while others are a good size.

I paid $380 for three nights and could only stay four hours. The room was in terrible shape: the AC didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and there was no iron, tissues, tea cups, toothpaste, or toothbrush. They gave us one bottle labeled as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all together, so you couldn’t tell what you were using on your body or hair. The staff were extremely rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. It’s cheap and dirty, nowhere near a 4-star standard, and I don’t understand its rating. It isn’t even worth two stars. I wasted my time and money. Avoid this hotel!

Emrah hotel is good, and the service is perfect. I’m happy I spent a week here with my family.

The tram runs right outside, which is the hotel’s one good point. I stayed for a week, but I’d rate the place one star. Breakfast was bad, repetitive, and had very few choices, with little to suit tourists. The rooms are basic, with two single beds you have to push together for a double. The bathroom is small, the walls are thin, and there was almost no hot water most mornings. You can hear showers in the adjoining rooms. The spa and Hammam seemed dodgy and smelled terrible. The pool was green and disgusting, with no upkeep.

We love coming here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good, and the service is lovely. The staff are very nice, especially Emreh. It’s in a great location, close to everything and the metro.
