Spectacular Flat Near Bull Statue in Kadikoy

The location and staff were the good parts. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. But I'd only recommend staying here for up to two days. We were a couple in a third-floor economy room for seven nights. We knew it would be small, but I was surprised there wasn't a window. It got very hot, so we often left the door open to let air in. The cleaner came just once during the week, despite several messages. We often got a reply saying it was fine, while the bathroom stayed full of old towels and dirt. We had to keep asking for clean towels, which didn't feel hygienic. There wasn't much privacy either, since we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We had said we'd check out at 10:00 AM, but nobody helped carry our suitcases downstairs. In the end, we gave the keys to someone in the kitchen, and I still don't know who, because nobody was at reception. The hotel should at least add air conditioning to the economy rooms. Staying in one without a window is barely bearable.

This was our second stay, and we chose the hotel again because it's the best option right in the center of Kadıköy. It's unusually quiet at night for this part of Istanbul, with no nearby venues blasting music until morning. The rooms are clean and in good condition, and the price is more than fair. Most of all, the reception staff are attentive and friendly. Please give a bonus to the young employee on duty the morning of May 3, 2026. He was absolutely amazing.

The hotel itself is very basic, with no elevator, so getting to the top, fifth floor is a challenge. Soundproofing isn't great either. You can hear the neighbors and quite a bit of rain coming through the roof.
