Steigenberger Airport Hotel Istanbul

I came to Istanbul for dental treatment and stayed five days at Grand Harilton Hotel. Everyone was friendly, but the woman who cleaned my room deserves a special thank you. She did a fantastic job every day and made lovely shapes with the towels. My favorite was the swans touching beaks. She's a real credit to the hotel. Her name is muhtesam, and if she sees this, thank you so much from 12-07. I really appreciated it.

Emir and Zafer were a great help to us 😊. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout. Getting around was easy too, with the metro just a 9-minute walk away. I really enjoyed staying here, the service was 10/10, and I'd happily come back and recommend it.

The dining room team and breakfast were fantastic, with great choices and fabulous service. The lobby is huge, with a piano, a convertible car, and a parrot. We felt welcome and valued every time we passed reception, and the attention to detail was amazing. The rooms were clean and smelled new. Excellent quality and service!

Elnaz, Ismail, and Taner made our time at Grand HARILTON Hotel special. We’re vegan, and Taner took pride in making sure we had the right food. Elnaz was professional and courteous in the restaurant and bar, and Ismail was pleasant and served me the best Margarita with a big smile. The staff really make a hotel, and Grand HARILTON Hotel is fortunate to have all three of them.
