The location in Taksim is hard to beat, close to metro stations, shops, restaurants, and nightlife, so getting around was easy. It was surprisingly quiet inside, a peaceful place to return to after busy days. I had a fantastic 10-day stay at Çetinkaya Suite Hotel. The staff were amazing, helpful, and responsive from check-in through check-out, handling requests promptly and professionally. The rooms were clean, in good condition, and well maintained. Wifi was strong and reliable throughout, handy for work or streaming. Definitely worth the price, and highly recommended for exploring Istanbul.

My mom stayed here for a week, and it was an awful experience. The room wasn't cleaned every day, more like every other day if we were lucky, and only after she complained. The mattress and sheets were filthy, with stains, hair, and tears. The bathroom was much the same. Towels weren't changed daily, and clean ones weren't always available. The trash wasn't emptied, and there was dust everywhere. Very disappointing.

The family running Taksim Çetinkaya Suite Hotel really seems to care about guests, and the hospitality is hard to match. I’d happily recommend it to friends and family. The quality, location, and service all come together perfectly.

It’s a small hotel, but the rooms were very clean and the staff were genuinely friendly. I spent four nights here and had a great stay. The location was excellent too, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was comfortable and clean, and they provided everything we asked for. I stayed for three days and really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly, especially the welcoming reception staff. Highly recommended.
