Taksim Mass Suite

Being right by Taksim Square made it easy to get around to the city, shops, and restaurants, and the hotel itself felt peaceful. It was clean and comfortable throughout, with care put into the details. The staff were kind, attentive, and quick to help. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the hot dishes Dunya prepared with such care. Osman was also very attentive whenever we had a concern and made sure we felt looked after. The whole stay felt welcoming, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The homemade Turkish breakfast was fresh and gave the stay a lovely, authentic feel. Osman and his family made sure guests were comfortable, and Osman helped us with local guidance, tour arrangements, and taxis. When we went to another city, he also kept our luggage safe. That support made the trip much easier. The hotel is a short walk from Taksim Square and close to public transport, so getting around Istanbul was simple. I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Nis Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Wishing Osman and his family all the best.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent too. The furniture is quite old and rundown, though, and the windows barely block any sound. I could hear the street even with an earplug in.
