Taksim Stera Hotel

My wife lost an earring during our stay, and we thought it was gone for good. The housekeeping team found it, and the receptionist arranged to send it back to us today. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out, and I'm grateful for the care they showed. The room was clean and organized, the room service was excellent, and the place was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

Location is the clear advantage here. The hotel, which seems to be called both Stare and Stera, puts you in the heart of Taksim with easy access to the city's sights. Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast had a very good selection, and the bathroom was fine. The shower pressure was especially good. I stayed just one night. The amenities were decent, but the room was cramped in the literal sense. I didn't have a big suitcase, but with one, you might struggle to fit it and move around. If location is your main concern, it works well. There isn't much space, and I found it overpriced at more than €50 for one night.

The location is excellent, with easy access to everything in Istanbul. I had a great stay at Star Hotel, and the staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help solve problems. I accidentally booked for the following month, then asked to change the date that same day. They approved it right away, and their understanding meant a lot to me. They also let me into my room before noon, although most hotels only provide rooms after 2 PM. I'll always remember their generosity and respect for guests. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Istanbul. Thanks for the kindness and hospitality.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and nicely organized, and I had a great stay. Niloofar was especially kind and friendly, and her helpful, excellent service made the visit even better. Highly recommend it!
