The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s near Galata Tower. But the hotel is on an old street, and the streets were dirty. The rooms are old too, with cold, dim lighting and a damp smell. It was very noisy, and at night you could hear everything happening out on the street.

The rooms were spotless and remarkably quiet. We also needed help with our room urgently, and the administrator sorted it out for us. He replies quickly on WhatsApp, too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities were much better than I expected for the price. My wife and I spent three days here, and the hosts were generous, kind, and ready to help. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square and barely five minutes to Isteklal. Service and cleanliness were up to standard, and I’d stay here again on my next visit. Thanks for having us.

I only found this hotel by chance on Booking, and I’m glad I did. The metro, buses, shops, and places to eat are all close by, and the staff will answer questions whenever you need them. For the price, it’s a great place to stay.

I left the very next day and booked somewhere else. The room smelled bad, and the fridge was dirty, rusty, and broken. The area felt rough and unsafe, so booking this place ended up being a waste of money for me. It was a terrible experience.
