The room was clean and in good condition, even though the hotel is in an old building. We had breakfast included, but both the food and the coffee were really poor. A four-star hotel should serve better quality breakfast and coffee, which was a pity at such a nice hotel. It's comfortably central in Istanbul, near Taksim Square and the tourist market.

We spent two nights here. There are plenty of shops and markets nearby, and Taksim is close. The rooms were clean and quite nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had lots of variety. The staff were friendly too. The only issue for me was the Wi-Fi. It was inconsistent and didn't work reliably. Apart from that, I had no complaints.

I liked the older man at reception, though the younger guy in his thirties never smiles. The room was clean and the area is good. The fitness center was nice and clean too, and I would stay here again. When I showered, the bathtub would fill with water. Housekeeping didn't bring fresh water or instant coffee packets every day. There's also no concierge to bring food to the room, so you have to go down to reception each time. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't say how it was.

The location is great, but the service was very bad and the Wi-Fi was poor. One morning we sat for an hour while the water was shut off. They wouldn't delay breakfast or send it to our room. We only got two very small complimentary water bottles, and only on the first day. It was very hard to understand the staff, and our room view was very bad. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
