The staff made the stay for me. Mertcan, Songül, Canberk, Yusa, and Harun were all so supportive and cooperative, and I plan to come back to this hotel next time I'm in Istanbul. It's easy to get around from here: Şişli metro is just steps away, there's a mall nearby with all the amenities you'd need, and you can walk around easily. The lively Şişli district is about a 10-minute stroll away, with everything there.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the location was convenient. I had a lovely stay from arrival onward, with friendly, welcoming, professional staff. A special thanks to Songul at reception for her kind, warm manner, and to Can for his support and professionalism. Besra from housekeeping also did excellent work and paid close attention to keeping the room spotless. I appreciate the service and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the hotel is close to the metro, so getting around the city is easy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My previous stay here left me completely satisfied, and this time I again found it clean, organized, and well maintained. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice range of options to start the day.
