The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel is right by Istanbul Financial Center with shops, restaurants, and markets close by. Bahar at reception was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. She answered all my questions, noticed the little details, and gave me good suggestions for Istanbul and nearby places. Another receptionist was kind and professional too, and upgraded me to a lovely balcony room. I left very happy with my stay.

Bahar gave me such a warm welcome during my work trip and made the stay feel comfortable, almost like being at home. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and her professional, thoughtful service made a real difference. I'd gladly recommend the hotel and thank her for looking after me.

Elif harika was lovely with my baby at breakfast the next morning, and my little one took to her straight away. We had arrived late the night before, and the night team helped me find something to eat by arranging takeout. Thank you.

I come to İstanbul every 3-4 months and usually stay here because it works well for my business. The staff are consistently kind, helpful, and cheerful. On my October 25-27 visit, I noticed the breakfast had improved a lot, with more Turkish cheeses, legumes, egg dishes, natural juice, and extra menu items available on request. Elif Hanım was such a sweet hostess. Well done, Elif, congratulations!🌺❣️ Mişa

The location worked perfectly for where I had to go, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was incredible, made by one especially sweet, bubbly staff member. Reception even helped us order food using her phone, which was really kind. I couldn't fault it.
