The Hotel Ottoman City

The breakfast was okay, though it didn't feel like a 4-star standard, and the boiled eggs and fries were cold. Noise was the main problem during my stay, and moving rooms didn't help. The hotel sits at the corner of two very narrow streets, where early morning noise can be serious. On Saturday, my first day, a bus repeatedly honked loudly for around 5 minutes at 7:00 AM while looking for a driver who had blocked the street, then it happened again at 7:30 AM. I asked reception to move me to a higher floor so I could rest. They put me on the 7th floor, right beside the elevator/elevator room, where the constant elevator sounds added to the street noise. I couldn't sleep at all. The noise isn't always like the video, but it becomes a daily thing. If you're sensitive to noise or need proper rest, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Best, Morteza

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was perfect, and the owner was excellent. The staff were so nice. Best hotel, I'd give it more than 10 stars.

The little café across the road and below the hotel are brilliant. I highly recommend the chicken noodle soup. I was there for a 5 night dental visit and found the hotel a great place to relax. The rooms were adequate, and the Turkish breakfast was fine. The cleaners were great, and staff couldn't do enough for you. Reception tried to help as much as they could, and the VIP pick ups were bang on. Thank you, Ottoman city and Istanbul. 😊

The blackout curtains helped us sleep really well, and the beds were so comfortable. Our premium king suite was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a breathtaking city view. From the moment we arrived at ( The Ottoman City Hotel ), the staff at the Grand Manor welcomed us warmly, and check-in was quick and friendly.
