The location and view were nice, and parking was available. The staff were friendly and quick to respond when something went wrong. But the room was in bad shape: ants everywhere, a broken shower enclosure that meant I had to shower with a hose, and so little sound insulation that the rooms were noisy. The hair dryer barely worked. Sheets and towels were dirty, with hair on the sheets, and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. The sheets were unironed too, and there was no duvet cover or anything like that. The table was wobbly, while the TV was the only thing in the room that worked properly. Either the owner doesn’t pay attention to these things or housekeeping isn’t doing its job. Based on my stay, this place isn’t worth more than 1000 Turkish Lira.

We had no cleanliness issues at all, and the staff were attentive. The property has been renovated, with all the rooms furnished again, and it’s a beautiful facility now. I stayed for three nights last week and appreciated the location and view too. Thank you for the lovely service.

For the price, the hotel is acceptable, but the sound carries badly. We could hear the water running and hair dryer in the next room. Our shower had no door, and the toilet was awkwardly positioned. One other thing: the capital “I” in “First House” would look better as an English “I”.

We really liked the new, nice rooms and the location close to the beach. Whenever we’re passing through Tuzla, we’ll stay here. Thanks, and keep it up.

My wife and I have never stayed anywhere as awful, dirty, or disgusting as this hotel. There were no outlets, cables were exposed, and sound came through every wall. We could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs. It was filthy and worse than places you see on TV. We’d never go near it again.
