There was no hot water at any time, day or night. Staff kept blaming the number of guests using it, but that excuse didn't change how awful it was. The service was shocking, the rooms weren't cleaned, and the place smelled of sewage. The ceiling was falling apart, sockets hung off the wall, and there was no toilet paper. Breakfast was freezing near the entrance, with uncovered food and cracked plates. Towels were left downstairs, dried and strewn over chairs. As a Brit, I'm warning people away from this filthy place. The service was disgraceful, and I really don't recommend staying here.

The room was supposed to be a honeymoon suite, but it was in appalling shape. Plaster was coming away from the bedroom ceiling, sockets were loose, and the elevator buttons were hanging off and held on with tape, so you couldn't touch them. There was never hot water, apparently because they wanted to save money. The food was disgusting too: left uncovered on the table, and the same plates from the day before hadn't been washed. As a British visitor, I'm warning you not to stay here.

Maksum at reception was a big help. The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, and the prices were reasonable. You can also smoke a hookah in the lobby.

I really liked my stay here. Everyone on the staff was great and so polite. I'll definitely come back.

Getting around is easy: the hotel is simple to find and transport is readily available. The location is lovely, and the staff help guests in several languages. Ozkan was especially kind and friendly. My room was comfortable and spotless, and breakfast was among the best I've had. There's tea and coffee available all day and night, and I enjoyed the guest cafe as a place to meet people. Highly recommend it.
