Villa Sphendone

The garden was a beautiful spot for breakfast. The room was boutique-sized, which suited us, and the staff were really nice and helpful. On our last day we had to leave early, so the night shift made us breakfast to take along rather than have us check out empty-handed. Great place.

We were only about a five-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, with restaurants, a small supermarket and a fruit shop close by. The room was spotless, with a king-size bed and a comfy sofa bed, and the little hotel has a lovely garden where breakfast is served. The omelet the chef makes was amazing. Effe and Mehmet were warm and helpful, checking in with us often to see if we needed anything. Really good value, and the service felt way beyond five-star. We had a great stay.

The breakfast quickly became something we looked forward to each morning, especially the delicious eggs. Our room for four was roomy, with comfortable beds and even a small coffee machine and pods. Efe and Mehmet were lovely, and the WhatsApp messages before arrival were quick and helpful. They made us feel at home, and the warm hospitality made our time in Turkey more special. They also arranged transport at a reasonable price. Such a nice little guest house, highly recommend.

The location made it easy to get to all the sights nearby. Each morning Svetlana put together a generous, fresh breakfast, with something different and a lovely presentation every day. She even did our laundry, which we really appreciated. Efe and Svetlana were both kind and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled fresh, including the bedding, the internet worked well, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We stayed three nights and are grateful for everything.
