I spent a week here with my family, and the room was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The place is right in the heart of karsiyaka. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 1 day on the night of 28 Mart. It's very nice, with a great location, clean and safe. The staff are friendly and attentive. There's a kind older man who checks IDs and handles the registration.

For the price, I wasn't expecting a place like this. It was more reasonably priced than other places in the area, and I was impressed by the cleanliness, location, service, security, and customer relations during my 2-night stay. If you're staying in Karşıyaka, this should be your first choice.

I've been staying here for about a month. I'd tried a few guesthouses in Karşıyaka before, and I wish I'd found this one first. As a woman staying alone, I feel it's an extremely reliable place. The owners are friendly, attentive, and do their jobs properly. They understand your situation and put your comfort and well-being ahead of their own interests. It really feels like a family guesthouse. Thanks to the owners for making me feel settled and at home.
