The spot worked really well for a city break in Izmir, with tram and metro nearby and about a 20-minute walk to the seaside promenade and Kemeraltı Bazaar. I was there with my mother from September 20th to October 5th, and we loved the stay. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and transfers to the restaurant, housekeeping, and spa, was kind, smiling, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the spa and massage salon were spotless and relaxing. I’ve never had a better massage 🌿 Thanks especially to all the hotel staff, Mr. Batuhan, the talented hairdresser, and lady Rzye from housekeeping, who kept our room perfect each day. I recommend it ✨

The hotel is a few blocks from one of Izmir’s busiest markets, which made the location really convenient. Breakfast was healthy and had lots of choice. The food was above average, nicely presented, and thanks to the chef for that. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. I’d definitely recommend it.
