The rooms are hygienic and cleaned with care. It's centrally located, close to shopping areas, and getting around is easy. A great spot to spend time and unwind.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and they quickly helped with anything we asked. My room was spotless and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. The central location made it easy to get everywhere. I visit Izmir often, and this was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. I was very pleased, will definitely return, and recommend it to everyone.

The welcome from the reception team set such a nice tone as soon as we arrived. They were warm, attentive, and easy to talk to, and the dinner place they suggested turned out to be fantastic too. I really appreciate businesses that communicate well with their customers. Thanks for everything.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and water was a problem in general since it kept getting cut off. There wasn't even a bottle in the room. When I asked for some, they charged 50 TL for two 0.5 L bottles. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Getting around was easy, and there were nearby places for the things I needed. The location worked well, and check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My room was spacious enough, cleaned regularly, and the bed was comfortable. Nights were quiet, and the staff were attentive and quick to help whenever I needed something. The service felt fair for the price, and the stay met my expectations. I'd consider choosing it again.
