I arrived with my family in the middle of the night after a tiring trip, because my flight got in late. I had booked and paid for this hotel in advance. When I arrived, I was told all the rooms were booked. I showed the Booking. confirmation, but nothing changed. He directed us to another, worse hotel, so I ended up searching for somewhere to stay in the middle of the night with my family. Then I got an email from booking. Com saying the hotel had reported that I hadn't checked in. I felt I’d been badly scammed. Stay away.

There are two hotels with this name in the city, so be sure you go to the right one. The other is in the city centre. This one is in a bad neighbourhood, and the interior is shabby, though the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. There’s no dedicated parking, just the option to park on the sidewalk outside.

The location is really bad, close to places associated with mafia and gangs in Izmir. The rooms aren't very clean or very good, and there isn't a mattress you can sleep on while wrapping yourself with. The food was always the same. I stayed five days and breakfast never changed. It was okay apart from the juice, which was made from powder and tasted awful. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
10/10
Good hospitality, a decent breakfast, and clean rooms, all for a cheap price!
8/10
The room was okay. There are two supermarkets right by the hotel entrance, and the city centre is a five-minute walk away.
