Hotel Iz

I hated every second here. The place was disgusting, with sticky floors and stains in the bathroom that I couldn’t identify. My room smelled of cigarettes because people were smoking in theirs. The manager was late for check-in even though I’d told them when I would arrive, so I had to wait for him to come back. He seemed confused when he returned and didn’t know what I meant about guest excursions. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, Airbnbs, and hostels over the years, traveled to 22 countries, and lived in four. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Don’t book unless the horrible conditions I’ve described appeal to you.

The noise coming from next door kept me awake all night, and the bathroom smelled bad. There was no toothpaste or drinking water either. I can't recommend this hotel to tourists or anyone looking for a place to get proper rest. Even one star feels undeserved.

We were on the fourth floor, and the elevator was out of order. The last few days there was no hot water, the fridge didn't work, and the AC barely did its job. The room also smelled of cigarettes all day, and nothing in it seemed to work. Worst hotel stay we've had. Don't be taken in by the photos or fake reviews.

I asked for a shower towel, but there weren't any. I tried explaining with Google Translate and ended up with a wet towel instead. There were no slippers, breakfast wasn't good, and the staff didn't help. They also come into your room to clean whenever they feel like it, so you never know when someone might walk in. Service was awful, and communication was a struggle since the staff couldn't manage even a little English. I'd have slept better on the beach.
