Our first stay here was a five-star experience, and we have nothing but good things to say. Everyone contributed, from reception and the room to the Chef, the two ladies at the spa who gave us a wonderful massage and Hamma, and the restaurant and bar. A special thank you to "Oktay" at the bar for his professionalism, friendliness and dedication. One night, even though the cook wasn't at the hotel, he offered to prepare dinner for us. The manager was personable and polite, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean, with a quiet, pleasant atmosphere, and I was satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Batuhan, who went to a lot of effort to make my time at the hotel memorable.

I stayed a few days ago. The room was clean and had the usual hotel essentials, including soap, sleepers, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Reception staff were helpful. The WiFi was the one downside: on the sixth floor, the connection only worked well right by the door. We made a little shelter out of the wardrobe so the kids could use their tablets. Recommended.

The hotel was very good, and the spa was good too. Mrs. Filiz gave me a very good medical massage that I won't forget. I had been in a lot of pain in my chest, but felt good after the massage.

You can order food and eat at the hotel until 12pm, and the breakfast they serve is nice and healthy. The room gets serviced every day. The location is perfect, close to Basman Gar station and the underground, making it easy to get to Teleferic Cable Car. There's a huge park with attractions very nearby, too. The seafront promenade and all the restaurants are a 25-minute walk away. A big plus is the spa service, with a really good professional massage!
