The elevator wasn't working, and nobody offered help. With heavy suitcases, I had to climb up and down three floors, which was exhausting. The hotel's hygiene also fell below average and the cleaning needs to be more thorough. I didn't feel guest satisfaction was given much attention, and after several problems during my stay, I don't plan to return.
