The staff were nice, and the price is low for this location. The place is under construction, though. The shower isn't separated from the toilet, so the whole area gets wet. The stairs are in rough shape while the work is going on, and anyone over 180cm may hit their head going up.

We stayed with breakfast on 16-17 Oct, 2024 for two nights. The location is great, close to the Metro and Izmir center, and the seaside is a five-minute walk away. Our room was clean and the hospitality was lovely. Breakfast didn't have many choices, and there are plenty of places outside, so I wouldn't recommend eating breakfast here. The room price was reasonable.

The location was great, close to the beach road and public transport, and the guys were very friendly. The rooms were clean enough for the price. On warm days, two rooms had no air conditioning, just a small fan, and both bathrooms need checking.

We'd paid in full for four days, but left after just 10 minutes and they refused to return the money. I couldn't stand the place any longer. It's a six-storey building with no elevator and extremely tiny rooms. The blanket was old and untidy, the curtain was torn, and the whole building felt ramshackle. Even the reception was only about one square meter under the stairs. The room key was like one for a school metal locker, with almost no security. NEVER EVER GO THERE!
