The location was great, close to all the transport, and we had a tidy, clean room with a really good breakfast. My friend and I stayed four nights, and it was one of my best hotel experiences. Everyone on staff was so kind and friendly. Thanks to all of them.

The internet and Wi-Fi weren’t great, but they were okay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the reception service was especially nice. It isn’t fancy, though it’s very good value for the money. From its great location, you can walk to most of Izmir’s main sights.

Yıldız made our stay especially enjoyable. She was kind, professional, and quick to help with whatever we needed, and her excellent English made it easy to communicate. She really went out of her way to make us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Yıldız. Breakfast was included, and it was a Turkish breakfast. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is right in the city, close to everything you might need, a few minutes’ walk from the Metro and about 15 minutes from the ferry terminal.
